Diffuse: Add 5–7 drops to refresh your space and center your mind.
Topical: Dilute 3–5 drops per 1 oz carrier oil and apply to pulse points or the back of the neck for steady calm throughout the day.
Inhaler: Keep a personal inhaler nearby for moments when you need mental focus and grounding.

Apply to the soles of the feet, spine, or back of the neck.

🛁 Grounded Clarity Bath
Add 6–8 drops (diluted in oil or milk) to a warm bath with fir needles or salt.
Let the scent guide you inward.

Use before or after shadow work, cleansing rituals, or heavy emotional states.
Gently apply along the spine and sacrum with intention to clear and align.

This blend does not contain any carrier oils and therefore may damage furniture finishes.
 
Safety:  Dilution: Recommended at 1–2% for topical use 
Skin Sensitivity: Lemongrass, hyssop, and citronella may irritate sensitive skin — patch test recommended 
Photosensitivity: Low to none, but avoid excessive sunlight after application if used on exposed skin Pregnancy & Nursing: Use caution due to hyssop, citronella, and rosemary — avoid unless advised by a practitioner 
Children: Not recommended for children under 10 Internal Use: Not advised without professional guidance 
Bath Use: Always dilute properly in carrier oil or dispersant
