This blend uses fractionated coconut oil as a carrier so its not recommended for use in a diffuser. As the name suggest the scent has a lemon character but there is a creamy soft sweetness more like lemon pound cake. There is a natural leafy-woodsy softness that is certainly less fruity than lemon. Some customer alternate, using Lemon Gardner's Dream or Regular Gardner's Dream every other day.
