Modes of Application:
Diffuse: Add 5–7 drops to your diffuser to help clear your sinuses & create a soothing, breathable space.
Topical: Dilute 3–5 drops in a carrier oil & apply to your chest, back, or temples to open the airways & ease tension.
Steam Inhalation: Add a drop to a bowl of steaming hot water, cover your head with a towel, & inhale deeply to clear your sinuses.

Ritual for Renewal & Clarity
1. Prepare Your Space
Find a quiet, comfortable spot where you won’t be disturbed. Light a candle or some incense if you like, & set your intention to clear & restore.
2. Infuse the Air or Water
Diffuser: Add 4-6 drops of Breathe & Restore blend to your diffuser.
3. Center Your Breath
Close your eyes & take three deep, slow breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling the fresh, clearing energy fill your lungs. Exhale fully through your mouth, releasing tension & stagnant energy.
4. Visualize Clearing Light
Imagine a gentle, bright light flowing through your body with each breath, clearing away fog and heaviness. Picture roots grounding you firmly to the earth, steady & calm.
5. Repeat Your Intention
Silently or aloud, repeat one or more of these affirmations:  I breathe deeply and clearly.
