Blend Lime Expressed with water & witch hazel in a spray bottle.

🛁 Uplifting Bath Soak
Add Lime Expressed (3–5 drops) diluted in carrier oil or bath milk to warm water.
Soak while visualizing light filling your body.
Affirm: “I release heaviness & welcome lightness.”
Safety:  Dilution: Use at 0.5–2% dilution on skin; may cause photosensitivity—avoid direct sun or UV exposure for 12 hours after application. 
Skin Sensitivity: May cause irritation in sensitive skin; always perform a patch test. Avoid Contact: Keep away from eyes & mucous membranes. 
Pregnancy & Children: Generally not recommended during pregnancy or for young children without professional advice. 
Internal Use: Not advised without medical supervision. 
Storage: Store in a cool, dark place away from sunlight.Expressed/cold pressed lime oil is very phototoxic.  
Steam distilled is NOT phototoxic.  Do not use for aromatherapy if oxidized.
